AIS has provided cleaning services for DLA since 1997. Their services include daily cleaning, housemaid services and recycling services. We have always been very happy with the quality of service provided by AIS, and so when they offered us a Total Solution which would ensure our compliance to the latest environmental and legislative changes we were happy to get on board. With the support and facilitation of AIS, DLA now treats all paper as confidential and therefore recycles all waste paper, cardboard, plastic, batteries and print cartridges. Despite a big shift in the operation of our contract, AIS have managed our site and implemented the additional services smoothly and without any disruption. Close teamwork and regular communications between our Facilities Management team and AIS Operations Management team have ensured a meticulous service and excellent relationship.
